JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: R&D Manager溶剂型油墨开发
Location: GuangZhou
Reports to: Technical Manager, PNW
工作职责：
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct daily experiments; Analysis experiment results; Find and solve problem in
develop process; Make report of exp.
2. Develop testing method and product spec. according to requirements of customer, TS,
R&D, and production.
3. Support Technical Manager to coordinate sampling from plants, for customers and to
follow up feedback, as well as document relevant information.
4. Test competitor’s products regularly document relevant information for benchmarking.
5. To meet Flint’s standards of safety, health and environmental.
6. To evaluate chances for new applications of Flint products both for export and domestic
markets to enlarge sales opportunities.
7. Follow up quality of product; give feedback to production and QC for avoiding quality
deviation.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor above, major in chemistry or relevant fields
2. 6 years experience in liquid inks field especially for water based dispersion/inks
3. Chemistry, physics, computer science, spectroscopy
4. Be able to communicate in English
