Position: Compliance Analyst, Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC)
Reports To: Manager/Sr. Manager of China OEC
Division: Office of Ethics and Compliance
Location: Shanghai

？？Four Main Responsibilities:

30% Support developing, updating and maintaining basic and routine elements of Abbott’s compliance program in China affiliate.

30% Assist in the development and administration of OEC communication and training, and assist with the development, implementation and administration of Affiliate/Division monitoring program
20% Assist and privide basic compliance review of promotional material and program or activities
20%
Provide data analysis to support various needs for compliance work in China Affiliate.

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

？ Supports and communicates with divisional mid-level management to provide basic and routine compliance policy interpretation and requirements. Assist with compliance risk assessment, trend analysis and best practice recommendations.

？ Assist in conducting basic and routine policy and procedure reviews and update related policy and procedure to ensure clarity, applicability and compliance.

？ Deliver and assist compliance training and communication program, ensure training effectiveness and efficiency to meet the need of different business partners or functions.
？ Assist OEC Director/Manager to collect and analyze compliance related information and data, as well as gather needed information to support important compliance project or activities, including compliance audit, ACC meetings, compliance project review et al.
？ Assist OEC Director/Manager to keep and update compliance database.
？ Perform basic level monitoring of business practices under supervision from OEC manager. Identify obvious issues or vulnerabilities. Address the findings with appropriate corrective actions and follow through.

Requirement:

Industry experiences: Ideally, the candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in multinational companies.
Healthcare industry preferred, but not a must.

Position experiences: Prior experience with or exposure to, business functions such as compliance, legal, regulatory affairs, government affairs, finance, accounting, auditing, commercial team and HR.

Language Skills：Proficient writing skill in both English and Chinese.

Computer Skills: Excellent Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint skills.
