2. 熟悉区域内门店管理及区域营运管理

JOB SUMMARY 职位概述
To achieve the financial objective of operating Ashley Stores in China by effectively managing commission selling functions, merchandising, marketing, operations, human resource programs and all aspects of P&L on a daily basis in each store ensuring short/long-term growth and profitability. Provide leadership and direction to each store to ensure company standards are met and maintained in all functional areas of the business.
通过有效的管理各门店销售、视觉陈列、品牌宣传、运营、人力资源相关计划,确保短期/长期营业额及利润的增长。向各门店提供指导及支持,确保各门店达到公司的要求及标准,在竞争中保持长胜。
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 重要职责
1.Interview, hire and ensure proper training for all store management and supervisors.
参与门店人员的面试、录用,确保所有门店管理层得到必要的培训。
2.Build a business plan to include but not limited to advertising, people planning & training, sales projections, expense/inventory controls, and GMROI.
建立商业计划,包括但不限于广告、人员规划与培训、销售预测、成本、库存控制以及总利润的投资回报率。
3.Increase inventory turns while reducing on hand levels.
提高库存周转率并降低存货率。
4.Ensure accounts payable and receivable have required proper documentation and timely processing.
确保应收、应付账款文档得到提交并及时处理。
5.Observe store activity and give specific feedback for continuous improvement.
监督门店运营并对持续改进给予明确反馈。
6.Support commission sales staff on the floor by continually coaching, motivating and training.
不断指导、激励、培训基层销售员工。
7.Ensure service standards through monitoring selling functions and store scheduling.
通过监督销售职能及门店存储调度,确保服务标准。
8.Monitor Human Resource records, maintaining the proper documentation.
监督人力资源相关记录,维护必要的文档。
9.Track KPI at store level, monitor store manager’s performance and coach for growth.
i)SPG = RMB 1800
ii)Bedding sales = 12% of total store revenue
iii)Accessories = 10% of total store revenue
追踪KPI标准、监督各店长的工作业绩并提供指导以保证销售业绩的增长。
i)每进店客人平均销售额 = RMB 1800
ii)床品销售不低于总销售额的12%
iii)饰品销售不低于总销售额的10%
10.Develop individual and store sales goals; breakdown by monthly, weekly and daily
发展个人及门店销售目标,每日、每周、每月不断突破。
11.Measure and monitor sales figures and communicate any needed adjustments for individual and/or group selling strategies.
衡量及监督销售数据,与个人或团队沟通必要的调整策略。
12.Report and discuss with management sales analysis, goals and issues.
与管理团队沟通讨论销售数据、目标及问题。
13.Maintain highest customer service standards and solicit customer feedback.
维持最高标准的客户服务并收集客户反馈。
14.Ensure delivery and support services meet company standards for quality/timeliness.
确保交货率并帮助客户服务达到公司的质量、及时标准。
15.Maintain and communicate complete and current knowledge of the competing stores.
i.Give feedback to management team on proposal of promotional mechanics
ii.Gather feedback from the team on what possible promotions will work especially during peak
periods
及时反馈及沟通竞争对手现有情况。
i.向管理层提供促销建议
ii.从团队收集关于促销方式的反馈,尤其是在销售旺季
16. Monitor sales daily/conduct weekly sales meetings with store management.
监督日常销售情况,对门店管理层实行周销售会议。
17.Work closely with HCC to resolve any customer complains for DO NOT FITS
i.Suggest ways to improve the current process
与总部客户服务部门紧密配合,解决任何尺寸不合适订单造成的客户抱怨。
i.为提高现有流程提供建议
18.Maintain a professional image.

19.Perform employee evaluations.

20. Ensure compliance to corporate policies and procedures.
