职位描述
Job title: AR and Credit Manager
Report to GM Finance
Subordinate: 5
？ Manage treasury needs, cash flow, Accounts Receivables and VAT invoice management, monitor station billing
？ Improve cash flow through proactive management of customer receivable balances and cash application.
Minimizes exposure of company assets through continuous monitoring of credit risks and receivable balances.
？ Ability to work jointly with the Business Finance/Revenue chain teams to establish financial targets and set strategic vision and objectives
？ VAT invoice management
？ Billing process monitoring
？ Manage treasury needs, cash flow
？ Credit control and AR collection
？ Work with billing team on daily base on VAT invoice management.
？ Work with account owners on daily base for Credit control and AR collection.
？ Work with finance team member for cash planning on weekly base.
Qualifications and Requirements
？ Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
？ 8 + years directly related experience
？ Previous managerial/supervisory experience with a multi-member tea
？ Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting systems/software
？ MBA in related field, with a solid knowledge base of A/R accounting principles
？ Demonstrated leadership of a team in a multi-cultural work environment across international locations.
？ Prefer to have 3 years in a forwarding company and Work as credit controller
？ Well developed project management skills and experience to lead and manage large, complex financial and business projects
