POSITION SUMMARY: The SIOP leader will have responsibility to build best practice
in SIOP processes (forecasting, inventory planning, production
planning, supply planning and financial planning, etc.) cross
different SBU’s within ACS. She/he will work with various
segments of ACS to assist the development of mature and
effective Asian SIOP processes. As part of ACS global SIOP
team, she/he will work closely with the counter parts in NA and
EMEA regions to align ACS global SIOP strategy and drive
best practice sharing with other regions.

Works closely with the SBU SIOP leaders, functional and
business leaders across various ACS SBU’s.
Responsible for:

The maturity and effectiveness of:
SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operation Planning) processes and
the supporting performance metrics of ACS businesses in Asia.
KEY TASKS:
? Leadership
- To help create and implement SIOP Strategy within the
region.
- To inspire a sense of urgency and action across various
SBU’s to drive SIOP maturity and effectiveness
- To provide guidance to SBU SIOP leaders during SIOP
deployment;
- To coach SBU SIOP leaders, demand planners, supply
planners on SIOP processes.
? Change Management
- To develop a plan to achieve SIOP maturity and
effectiveness within the region
- To encourage continuous SIOP improvement via best
practice sharing
- To identify SIOP improvement opportunities for various
SBUs through SIOP Assessment process and work with
SBU SIOP leaders to drive continuous maturity
? SIOP Academy
- To lead ACS SIOP Academy activities within the region
- To collect training needs, plan ACS SIOP Academy courses,
organize and deliver ACS SIOP trainings within the region.
- To work with ACS global SIOP team to continuously refine
the training materials based on the feedbacks collected.
- To lead SBU or SBE specific SIOP training and workshops
- To organize and lead SIOP forum in the region to encourage
learning and best practice sharing among different SBU’s

- To plan and conduct ACS SIOP Assessments within the
region.
- To work with Corporate ISC Audit team to plan for and
participate in Corporate SIOP Audits.
- To drive continuous SIOP maturity/effectiveness via regular
follow-up on Assessment Gap Closing Action Plans.

? Fluent in English in both, spoken and written. At least one
other Asian language. More languages would be a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelors degree, Master or PHD would be a plus.
? Strong analytical skills
? Good communication skills
? Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Expert qualifications would
be a plus.
? Good understanding of ERP systems, e.g. SAP, Oracle
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
? 5+ years of functional supply chain experience in at least
one of the following functional areas: Demand Planning,
Production / Operations Planning, Inventory and Materials
Management or Logistics
? Good working knowledge of core processes in sales &
marketing, demand management, production planning,
materials management, inventory management and
logistics
? Clear success in the delivery of planning capabilities,
ideally in a complex, high volume, high variability
environment.
? A clear understanding of the supply chain associated with
the ACS market areas.
