职位描述
1. 具有造血干细胞，特别是实验血液学方面研究训练，并获相关专业博士学位；
2. 或具有三年以上独立研究经验，并在相关国际专业杂志发表研究论文；
3. 能够熟练培养干细胞、进行干细胞鉴定、定向分化、分析检测等相关干细胞研究技术；
4. 熟练使用Pubmed检索, 熟练阅读Cell、Nature、Science、NEJM、Lancet英文文献；
5. 具有研究项目申报经验，良好的研究架构设计和文字组织能力；
6. 具备良好的解决问题能力和团队合作能力；
7. 优先具有国外相关实验室研究经验；
8. 优先具有生物公司工作或医学训练背景
