B) Job Objective 职位目标
1. Deliver business volume and achieve production plan. 20%
2. Lead team to achieve plant tier-1 KBI target and department tier-2 KBI, including but not limited to SDR, PDR, TDQ, EOSH,ISO audit, cost 20%
3. Seeking continuous improvement initiatives and leading special project to support company strategy 20%
4. Lead by Example, set and manage performance of direct reports. 20%
5. Take the accountability and responsibility of whole production team for safety, quality and cost while in shifts 20%
C) Key Result Areas 关键成果领域/主要工作范围
? Handling 3.3MM standard unit beverage base manufacture process in 1 shift annually equal to 1.1 Billion unit case. (2012 BP target)
? Control ingredient usage variance which value is more than $200MM in annual to reduce waste and save cost.
? Take the responsibility of product quality, maximal mixing batch size is 10,000 part units, the cost is more than $1MM.
? Fulfill sales orders to more than 77 bottling plants under tough scheduling without any market impact.
? Work with BU new product team and CPS commercialization team closely to launch more than 100 new products (which cover HK,TW,Mon, Mainland China) annually without any delay in final launch scheduling.
? Prepare and submit annual budget proposal of his area to CPS leader ship team for approval, plan cover capital investment (great than $3MM), OPEX around $1MM, outside service charge and so on.
? As a people leader of 20 direct reporters and around 40 dot line reporters, manage people behavior and solve any urgent request from planning team to meet bottler demand.
? Strictly control documents which are classified as “highly restricted”, including Coca-Cola master formula, Process Instruction sheet, coke manufacture procedure, Sprite extraction procedure, Minute Maid homogenization procedure and other classified information.
? Loyalty to the Coca-Cola company and seriously protect company invaluable asset such as master formula and so on.
? Focus on internal communications with planning, CS, warehouse and QA, delivery zero defect product.
? Work and negotiate with external supplier, like ingredient supplier, package supplier to eliminate any quality issue to guarantee our BB meet corporate standard without any defect.
? Communicate with bottler on any doubtful queries, Respect Company’s high level quality standard to solve any issue without deliver any defect product to consumer in market.
? Communicate with 3-party service team on workshop facility designing, manufacturing, preventive and proactive maintenance
? Working with outside consultant company to develop capital requisition chart, initiate capital budget plan and update site master plan accordingly to support long term business strategy
? Working with Asia DWT to lead regional special project and global initiated projects, dissemination of project information to 10 CPS plants in Asia, if necessary, share to global CPS plants
