Job Title: China Sales Director
Report to: President
Location: Shanghai
Mission:
This position is responsible for managing all business and includes developing and implementing a strategy for assigned objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement China sales strategy, which concurrent the revenue objectives for the global strategic.
2. Develop strategy to manage and grow the responsible region, accounts to achieve sales target.
3. Develop strategy to manage and grow the responsible vertical market to achieve sales target.
4. Strengthen the sales organizations and develop the sales associates to build up excellent customer relationship, optimize our price and share, collect market intelligence;
5. Generate business with existing and new accounts in China
6. Coach, manage and evaluate sales team;
Requirements:
1. Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical)or equivalent business with advanced training in business..
2. 10-15+ years sales experiences in related industry, over 8 years in the Lighting industry.
3. Previous 5+ years experience on setting or growing up a sales team or organization is a must.
4. Excellent in building and maintaining business relations.
5. Outstanding communications skills in mandarin and English, Must maintain a high degree of professionalism when dealing with customers, distributors and fellow Associates;
6. Must have good interpersonal skills and extensive knowledge in every aspect of doing business in China, and be acquainted with all procedures and practices in the lighting industry in China
7. A strong team player.
