职位描述
Job Title: Staffing Manager
Report to: HRD
Location: Huaihai Road Shanghai
Main Responsibilities:
? Plan, organize and manage the professional recruiting activities to ensure the quality and cost of Staffing services and support for business team in China
? Conduct interviews based on company’s needs to recruit good quality employees;
? Develop creative approaches to the recruitment process to increase high-caliber candidate sourcing including referral generation, job fairs, internal transfer, headhunter, internet sourcing, advertisement placement, direct sourcing/cold calling;
? responsible for campus recruiting arrangement, working with Internal communication colleagues to prepare documents, contact schools, maintain candidate information, interview coordination, offer negotiation and offer management;
? Take the initiative in other staffing projects/assigned HR representative role;
? Continuously improve recruiting processes and lead assessment, redesign and implementation of recruiting processes.
? Follow up the performance of the new recruits with the related HR Business Partners during their probation periods to improve the future selection.
? Manage the relationship with third party websites, headhunting companies and other vendors.
Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree and above with 5 years' related professional experiences;
? Strong team leader, be able to drive for result through effective work with staffing team
? High degree of integrity and maturity coupled with good interpersonal and communication skills;
? Demonstrate strong capability in planning and organizing projects;
? Good team work spirit and can work under pressure;
? Fluency in oral and written English communications.
