职位描述

Supply Management
? Develop & maintain value-based, team based & long term relationship with selected supplier at both strategic & operational level
? Manage 100mm USD purchasing expense per year.
? Availability of quality materials and services to comply with Supply Chain Requirements
? Established for reviewing and measuring progress to manage the supplier performance
? Develop long term procurement strategy of locally purchased material with visibility and alignment with corporate strategy, consider the continuity of supply with contingency plan
? Sourcing decisions and supply management initiatives are identified, demonstrating value adding strategies that benefit Company and Suppliers
? Conduct plant based negotiations which are tied to our procurement strategy. Our negotiations include all elements of value (quality, service, and price)
? Supervise the daily operation such as order management & contract follow up

Cost Reduction
? Explore the opportunity of reduce the system cost

Planning
? Inventory Management: Optimize Inventory management in the supply chain to support customer needs and plant operations while eliminating Inventory losses; improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization in managing the inventory levels for optimal response to customer requirements, and manufacturing requirements, as well as avoiding negative impact of inventory losses and protection against business continuity risks
? Demand Management: Collaborated planning forecast & replenishment with supply chain partners; set clear accountability on forecast definition; explore creative method to share information through supply chain; launch life cycle model & connect to new product launch
? Operational Planning: Manage the plant’s S&OP process, inclusive of scenario planning, is used to manage capacity and material imbalances in the supply chain to ensure Customer requirements, new product launches and inventory investment is achieved; Sales, production and inventory plan is agreed and all issues addressed with acknowledgement to supply chain partners; explore a collaborative approach manages the supply chain operations including real time data exchange and ful

Customer Engagement
? Understand customer needs to achieve collaborative supply chain goal with customer
? Proactively Manage Customer Order Fulfillment Process to deliver customer requirements on time while utilizing resources and leveraging technology effectively.

Warehouse Management
? Effectively manages warehouse operations ensuring integrity of materials, productivity, accuracy and control of the processes, and superior service levels to internal and external customers

Outsourcing & 3PL
? Effectively utilize/manage a 3PL partnership for short-term, seasonal, or extended time periods to deliver on Cost, Quality and Service Requirements of the Business

System Capability
? Act SCE facilitator role to assess supply chain operational level of other concentrate plants in Coke system; identify successful practices and find the improvement opportunity
? Act as plant SCE Champion; follow up the project to reduce the gap between current level and desired level based on external SCE assessment;
? Act as plant SAP Champion, define business needs, utilization of SAP tool to support

People Development
? Perform people management role include performance review, measurement & metrics set up etc.
? Develop individual training program & succession plan to improve both skill and competency
