职位描述
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide general clerical and secretarial support to AP SSO Director.
2. Provide accurate and timely document/reports preparation.
3. Functions as the intermediary between Director and his staff as well as other company personnel, answering routine questions, setting up appointments, scheduling meetings, etc.
4. Prepare agenda, arrange facilities, and take minutes of meetings for various commissions. Perform follow-up clerical duties.
5. Arranging complex travel plans including transportation, hotel, visa arrangements and expense claims forms for the visitors and other related persons/delegations.
6. Providing administrative assistance for the visitors.
7. Handling sensitive and confidential information and documents of the company.
8. Conduct tasks in accordance with applicable health, safety, quality and environmental regulations (state regulations, ISO9000, ISO 14000, etc) as well as Rockwell Automation policies and procedures.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE
1. University’s degree with major in administration or secretary, or English language
2. Minimum five years experience in related position in the multinational company, with senior manager’ secretary working experience is a plus
3. Excellent English language skills in both oral and written.
4. Demonstrate the following competencies: Customer Service; Oral Communication; Written Communication; Organizational Support; Planning/Organizing; Quality Management; Professionalism; Adaptability; Dependability; Judgment
5. Good knowledge of Microsoft office & Internet Operations, especially Word, Excel, Power-point, Lotus Notes, etc. Good typing skills
6. Ability to work effectively and cooperatively in a team
7. Possess excellent communication skills. Can communicate and share information effectively with others, particularly the management team in presentations, reports and other media
8. Excellent follow-up ability with constant feedback
9. High sense of responsibility and very well-organized
10. Be presentable and confident
11. Ability to deal with confidential information
12. Ability to work independent
13. Highly motivated and energetic
14. Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
15. Financial knowledge is a plus
