? This Channel Sales Leader is responsible for growing and managing specific building control brand, this role will balances brand strategy, sales support, channel/partner management, and sales training with the focus of growing the sales funnel
? The position must research, understand and articulate the features and benefits represented by all products within this positions scope and work to deliver the performance metrics defined by management to ensure a consistent level of efforts
? Primary dedication to the task with a focus on sales revenue and lead generation for China market
Essential Job Functions
? Meeting and exceeding set sales quotas (AOP) while adhering to brand's sales rules of engagement
? Manage and be the main point of contact for existing alliance partners
? Aggressively drive partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through sales best practices, training and support
? Manage sales orders and provide status to regional GM and LOB Leader, lead sales review and update Monthly Operation Review sales dynamics
? Communicate masterfully with partners on new products and service offerings
? Create systems and procedures to streamline partner management.
? Work with product and customer marketing and factory to drive product launch programs and events to extend the relationships to new prospects and lead necessary product initiative process, e.g. Voice of Customer…etc.
? Managing a complex, enterprise level channel sale partners with brand’s sales person across the region; to include managing the SIOP process
? Continually learning about new products and improving selling skills; expected to participate in self-paced tutorial learning from Honeywell internal website learning course
? Demonstrating industry and domain knowledge for targeting verticals
? Providing weekly reporting of pipeline and forecast using the SalesForce.com sales automation tool
? Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products
? Attending and participating in regional sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows
? Preparing written presentations, reports and providing guide reference of price quotations
? Managing sales pipeline of US$ 8 to 12 millions
? Defining and executing partner sales plans with regional GM and LOB leader
Education, Experience & Skills
? Bachelors degree required
? 8+ years’ total working experiences with 5+ years’ channel sales experience in the HVAC or Building Automation industries. Knowledge of China market is highly preferred
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English & Mandarin. Superior group presentation skills
? Successful achievement of sales quotas, consultative solution/application or technical sales
? Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple accounts and partners
? Ability to work in a team, matrix reporting environment
? Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing offerings with other decision-makers
? Ability to craft a solution with appropriate products and services that meets business goals based on client discussions and tender proposal
? This position requires the individual to be based in Shanghai China, and must be able to travel up to 30-50% of the time
? Demonstrated ability to cope with stress and maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal and external customers
? Proven ability to drive growth and change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
