Part 1: JOB DESCRIPTION
Department
Engineering Job Title
Program, Process and Engineering Manager (Plant Manager)
Reporting to (job title)
General Manager
Overall purpose of job
Main activities / tasks
(1) Assist GM in establishing and improving Engineering team, consolidate Technical team, WCE, Facility and Perso team to implement engineering project including U-cell, TPM, WCE etc to ensure Shanghai manufacturing production running efficient .
(2)Formulate, revise, train and implement the Technical Manual, Standards, Procedures, guidance and other technical documents.
(3)Participate and coordinate the contract examine and appraisal. Confirm the technical-quality items in contract or order.
(4)Collect analytical data about the quality of the products provided by the suppliers and customers and offer final comments.
(5)Present the technical requirement for the product provided by the consumer. Collect the data and analyze.
(6)Formulate the processing control procedure: order control procedure, equipment management procedure, environment management procedure and production planning procedure.
(7)Maintain production facility (air condition system, compressed air, nitrogen gas, power supply system, clean room, exhaust system) running properly.
(8)Set up facility preventive maintenance plan and budget for maintenance to keep production facility running properly.
(9)Maintain a constructive relationship with the relevant suppliers, facilitate maintenance contract with the supplier for the best possible performance to ensure a smooth function of the Company.
(10)Provide perso software, perso server net work support to ensure smooth and efficient production.

Knowledge and skills
Education, qualifications, and special training
(1) Bachelor degree or above major in engineering, electronics, mechanical or related industrial.
(2) At least 10-year working experiences in manufacturing.
(3) Fluent communication both in English and Chinese.
(4) Good lead ship and team working spirit.
