？ Quality Control / QC inspector management
Key Responsibilities
? Key Responsibilities
？ Responsible for daily quality control: incoming inspection, processing inspection and final inspection.
？ Manage team of QC inspectors daily work assignment.
？ Provide on-job training to employees.
？ Key interface with other relative dept, coordinate with cross-functional tasks.
？ Product first sample qualification and product inspection checklist.
？ Product quality control, improvement and problem solving
？ Customer claim handling
？ Implementing the supplier on-site inspection

？ Inspection fault ≤2 time/year

？ Working Experience:
？ Minimum 8 years work experience on quality control
？ Technical Skills:
？ Familiar with manufacture process & quality control
？ knowledge of electrical products
？ knowledge of statistical methods
？ Familiar with ISO9001:2000 quality system, certified auditor prefer
？ Knowledge & Skills:
？ Average level on English reading and writing skills
？ Good computer skills (Internet, MS-Office)
？ Other Requirement:
？ Mature & able to work independently
？ Hardworking and quick learner
？ Good personality and ethics
？ Team work spirit
