1. Provide an effective level of operational leadership and strong support to strategic development, covering:
- Demand creation to meet the Brand objectives.
- Using consumer insights, available consumer research and market reports to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitoring and analysis of consumer,customer and competitive market dynamics to determine effectiveness of marketing strategies and plans.

2. To develop implement and track via agreed KPIs both annual marketing plans and monthly operational plans to:
- Deliver sales targets, value, A&P and Brand Standards objectives.
- Develop and effectively implement promotional programs to achieve the brand's objective.
- Deliver effective utilization of resources through management of key operational processes/procedures.
- Ensure plans meet the requirements of Financial Years.

3. Ensure an integrated approach is taken to all marketing activities.
4. Handle any projects as directed by the Head of Business Unit.
5. Active participation and collaborative and supportive approach undertaken within the brand team.


Requirement/Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree in Business/Marketing or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 6 years in Luxury Brand Management, PR, advertising & relevant field.
3. Strong written and presentation communication skills both in Chinese and English.
4. Strong commercial sense, sensitive to price structure.
5. Demonstrate high-level ability to consistently achieve targets and meet challenging deadlines.
6. Demonstrable experience in operational and creative development of below the line programs.
7. Good level of strategic, conceptual, analytical and creative skills including the ability to exercise sound judgment about
marketing strategies.
