根据集团整体战略要求和工作流程，保证整个生产及运营供应链的管理，主要包括确保生产计划的准确下达，原料及产品的有效储存、发运，工厂所需物品的采购质量、成本控制及接收等。
监督指导计划主管准确向生产部下达所有国内及出口产品的生产任务，及业务操作。
监督指导储运工作的正常进行，满足集团物流提出的货物需求 及时提交各类报表。 培训辅导下属，帮助下属制订个人发展计划，并提供相应资源和机会帮助下属成长与发展， 建设高标准、团结协作的团队。
