Responsibilities:
Treasury:
1. DP/DA/LC collection via Deutsche Bank or CITI bank
2. BAD(Bank acceptance Draft) management
3. Arrange AP cash payment in bank
4. Contact with bank about all the bank issues including updating cash pooling info, update company info, open new bank accounts and etc.
5. Monthly cash, BAD and bank reconciliation sheet
6. Monthly Cash forecast report

Account Receivable:
1. Cash-in posting and AR clearance in SAP and Yongyou system
2. AR invoice billing in Yongyou system
3. Issue VAT to customers
4. Issue Debit Notes to IC counter parties
5. Monthly Sales Recognition adjustment report

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree with major in finance or accounting;
2. 1 year accounting experience in JV or Foreign Invested Company. Fresh graduate with high potential is also accepted;
3. Good command of English and MS Office;
4. Good concept of ERP system experience with SAP system experience is preferred;
5. Initiative, self- motivating, working under pressure, team player
6. Good communication skill and result orientation
