HR Manager- Nanping Plant

Roles & Responsibility

1. Lead a team to in charge of Recruitment, Training, C&B, Employee Relationship;

2. Lead training and company culture buildup.

3. Develop and execute processes/procedures/policies in placing operators in the right positions;

4. Support other managers to hire good candidates to fill current requirements and build up resource for future business growing;

5. Develop, maintain and improve C&B and admin process to meet biz needs;

6. Support on personnel cost budget proposal, monitoring, controlling and analyzing;

7. Build up performance measure system to motive the employees and support working flow execution;

8. Responsible for meeting revenue per operator targets;

9. Responsible for operators discipline, attendance and productivity;

10. Work together with All Level Managers to optimize current organization structure;

Requirements:

1. Bachelor education or above;

2. Tough and assertive personality is highly desirable;

3. 4+ year’s hands-on experience in HR or operations supervisory/managerial positions in 800+ HC sizeable manufacturing plants, state-owned or JVs;

4. Hands-on Experience in handling difficult direct labor situation;

5. Good understanding Chinese lab law and good cooperation with lawyer to support organization change effort;

6. Successful experience to support organization change is preferable;

7. Knowledge/certificate in Kaizen, 6 Sigma would be an advantage;

8. Be good at English Reading & Writing.
