Position: Talent Acquisition Manager
Band: D5
Reporting to: Head of Talent Acquisition
Location: Shanghai

Job Summary:
To build up effective external talent pipeline by leveraging talent mapping strategy and social media and networking etc; To drive the BMS China candidate engagement and promote employer branding in alignment with the business needs and in close cooperation with the HRBP team. To assist Head of Talent Acquisition on recruitment KPI improvement e.g. increasing quality of hire, and reducing cost per hire and time-to-hire etc

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the Talent Mapping Strategy, and make sure it successfully implemented in place by driving alignment with stakeholders, and giving professional advice on labor market situation
2. Conduct market intelligence research and update it periodically
3. Identify external candidates for succession plan gap of key positions through all sourcing channels like social media, referral and networking.
4. Proactively contact these potential candidates via telephone or email etc. to maintain talent relationship and to implement frequent contact list in talent market
5. Assess the candidates' availability and suitability by conducting recruitment interviews and background check
6. Responsible for assigned daily recruitment activities by working closely with HRBP
7. Provide professional advice on the candidate profile and positioning to HRBP and other Recruiters
8. Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager


Main Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in HR or Business Administration or above
2. At least 6-year successful experience as executive/senior search consultant in top search firm or as senior recruiter in healthcare multinational
3. Proficient in Event and Behavior Interview Skills and Competency or Personality Testing
4. Good command of MS office, Access and Project
5. Familiar with China Labor Law
6. Proficiency in both spoken and written English
7. Project Management experience
