Job Purpose
To assist in the cost planning, cost management and contract administration for activities and ensuring adherence to the project quality, schedule, budget, lender and/or ownership (partner) requirements.
Job Description
To manage the cost planning, cost control, contract management to the project requirements
1) Preparing cost plan, conducting value engineering with project team
2) Project cost estimate in different development stage, tender, risk control, payment management, variation order audit, final account settlement
3) Preparing tender document, bill of quantities, contract and other related cost document
4) Preparing quantities per drawing
5) Cost analysis, cash flow projection and cost report
6) Interview with multi-national clients
Job Requirement
1) Bachelor degree of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, civil, air-conditioning & refrigeration background
2) At least five years experience in quantity surveying or relevant project work
3) At least two years experience in industrial or commercial project
4) Familiar with market price of material and equipment
5) Good English is preferred
6) Skilled in computer soft, especially in MS-Office and AutoCAD
7) Teamwork spirit, Strong sense of responsibility, Obedience, Good communication skill, Open mind to new things
8) Ability to work under pressure, willing to do overtime work and business travel
Terms and Conditions of Employment
Working Hours
Mott MacDonald (Beijing) Limited has a five day 8 hour working week, Monday to Friday inclusive.

Compensation:
Basic salary + Compulsory social security + Supplemental medical
Income tax and individual contribution to social insurance will be deducted at source and paid by MM (Beijing) Ltd to relevant authorities.
Leave
Ten or fifteen working days (or pro rata) per calendar year of paid annual leave in addition to public holidays, dependent on your grade.
