岗位职责：

Responsibilities:

1. 组织和实施所负责的进阶型培训项目

Organize and implement the phased program assigned

2. 精通所负责的课程

Master the assigned courses

3. 根据实地工作经验发展所负责的课程

Develop the assigned courses with the field experience

4. 在培训部内部进行所负责课程的经验和实践的分享

Share experience on the assigned courses and best practice with other trainers

5. 就所负责的课程，设计衍生的培训项目

Design the program for transferring the assigned program

6. 参加并有所贡献于产品培训以及产品上市会等活动

Participate and contribute in the product training session and product launch activities

7. 参加并有所贡献于Pre-Cycle 和 Cycle会议

Participate and contribute at the Pre-Cycle and Cycle meetings

8. 与销售队伍紧密沟通、共同工作以开展其所需的培训项目，解决人员现有行为与期望行为之间的差距

Work and communicate closely with Field Force to carry out the training program requested in the field to address any gaps between desired behavior and current behavior

9. 在实地和DM一起工作，以提高他们的辅导技巧、情境领导能力、产品知识和综合工作效力

Work in the field with DMs to improve their coaching, situational leadership, product knowledge and overall effectiveness

10. 在实地和PSR一起工作，以提高他们的产品知识、销售技巧、时间管理、区域管理和综合生产力水平

Work in the field with PSRs to improve their product knowledge, selling skill, time management, territory management and overall productivity

11. 建立培训经理的专业印象，不断优化专业技能，例如培训师的关键技能、竞争产品知识、电脑技能等

Sharpen the required technical expertise, such as critical skills, competitive product knowledge, and computer skill for maintaining a professional image

12. 执行被指派的其他工作任务

Performs other duties as assigned

岗位要求：

SPECIFICATIONS

1.产品知识、演讲技巧、引导技巧、沟通技巧、计划和组织能力、创新能力和团队合作

Product knowledge, Presentation skill, Facilitation skill, Communication skill, Planning and Organizing, Innovation and Teamwork

2.至少五年医药行业经验，且业绩突出的PSR或DSM

A minimum of five year experience in pharmaceutical field with outstanding performance as PSR or DSM

3.能接受高频率的的差旅

The one can accept high-frequency travel
