Main Task
1. Align & perform APQP/PPAP, follow up & sign off PPAP;
2. Initiate 8D to resolve customer complaints;
3. Coordinate receiving 2nd or 3rd party audit.
Continuous improvement
4. Implementation and improvement of ISO/TS16949 Quality Management System (QMS);
5. Analyze, report and communicate quality trends to everyone top-to-bottom, plan and implement Continuous Improvement programs (e.g. six sigma project)
6. Perform other duties as assigned from QA Supervisor.

1. Bachelor or above
2. Over 3 years working experience in automotive manufacturing plant, could be the engineer from customer quality service, quality planning or quality assurance.
3. Good English communication skill; German skill is prefer.
4. Familiar with automotive quality special requirement, (e.g. VW formel Q; FORD Q1; GM procedures)
