大客户经理

Key Account Manager

职责描述：

1、按照全国重点客户销售年度计划，完成年度计划

2、按月收集全国重点客户销量信息、竞争对手动态

3、挖掘新的生意机会，发展新的生意增长点

4、按照大客户拜访计划，拜访全国重点客户，维护与发展已有的客户关系

5、及时从各大区了解潜在重点客户需求，进行客户沟通销售

6、按照全国重点客户费用管理，有效控制费用支出

Job Description:

1.Achieve Sales and Profit target of the assigned accounts

2.Monitor market situation and competitor’ activity.

3.Dig out and catch new business opportunity

4.Maintain and develop the customer relationship, visit Key Account Customers

5.Provide best service to Key Accounts with satisfied customer’ needs

6.Optimize investment and gain outcome effectively.

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，食品工程相关专业；

2、5年以上成功大客户销售经验；

3、具有烘焙原料、酵母行业、油脂行业产品及重点客户营销知识者优先；

4、人际交往与沟通能力，影响与谈判能力，分析能力，团队合作精神；

5、良好的英文能力；

6、适应短期出差；

7、职责范围主要为上海及中国其他特殊客户；

8、有商超经验者为佳。

Requirement:

1.Bachelor degree or above in Food Science and Engineering or similar

2.Successful and proven performance in KA sales for more than 5 years

3.Solid knowledge & experience in Yeast industry or Oil industry or baking ingredients, Key Account Management experience is preferred

4.Strong interpersonal skills, Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation and cooperation skills

5.Good English skill, both oral and written

6.Available for travel

7.Scope of Responsibility: mainly Shanghai, but can be for some specific customer located in anywhere in China
