The incumbent is the replacement of Abey Ye, training assistant, who has been in this position for >2 yrs. This position was designed to continuously support e-Learning manager in the management of online learning systemt and RDPAC certification test: 1) regularly manage account profile of e-college users which is more than 2,500; 2) take charge of sales Reps RDPAC registration, liason the institute to arrange tests, and prepare the report of test result; 3) collect, compile, and upload training record of trainees on e-college database; 4) act as the hotline for inquiries of e-college users, and RDPAC test applicants; 5) support manager to update T&D Sharepoint contents and generate usage report; 6) provide administration supports for T&D team.

特殊要求( Specific Requirements in Addition to Positon Profile)：
1. 学历，专业要求(Education/Major)： College or above
2. 工作经验(Working Experience)： Skillful at MS office softwareI(especially excel): able to data extaction, data statistic and data analysis, data compilation, and data mapping. Familiar with website and web systmem management, and knowing the online learning system is added value. Good email communicator
3. 工作相关技能(Job-related Skills): Possess excellent communicational capability in dealing with stakeholders: such as operation managers in BU, and agency
4. 能力要求(Competency Requirements): Working hard and pay attention to details; ability to find errors of data and collect data from different sources, ensuring quality and accuracy of database.
5. 其他相关要求 (Other Requirements): Willing to learn new knowledge and adapt to new environment and challenge
