职位描述

? Expand the Quality function within the AP region as required.
? Drive external and internal quality metrics in order to maximize customer quality performance.
? Responsible for design quality assurance in the New Product Introduction and launch process.
? Reliability and testing capability development. Testing lab management.
? Responsible for product quality during factory transitions by ensuring product quality is equal to or better than what it was prior to the move.
? Serve as the management representative for the quality system based on the ISO9001:2000 Quality Standard.
? Improve and update the Quality Management System and provide the guidance though out the organization.
? Improve customer satisfaction and decrease or eliminate customer dissatisfaction by using the process management approach.
? Act as a customer advocate in cases where customer requirements are not fulfilled and make changes in quality standards or any continuous improvement activities.
? Ensure the policies and procedures are being followed.
? Participate in strategic planning with AP Management in determining short, medium and long term goals.
? Participate in the quality annual meetings across the division in order to share performances and challenges and benchmark best practices.
? Assess the performance of each function reporting to quality into the Performance and Development System. Each review contains setting of new goals, revision of past goals and expectations and planning for future improvements.
? Develop and execute a succession plan for first and second Quality organization levels.

Educational degree BS on Electronic, Industrial Engineering or similar
Special Skills requirements Quality System Knowledge and Successful Implementation of ISO9001:2000/ TS16949, Quality Management experience.
Experience :At least 10 years in a Quality role and at least 5 years in a leadership position.
Skills Leadership, ability to work and influence across sites and functional leaders, strong communication skills.
