职位描述
Title：Marketing Director
Report to: Senior Business Development and Marketing VP
Job Description:
？ Lead the business planning process / strategy development for China business
？ Research and maintain lighting market data for short and long term forecast & trend analysis
？ Collaborate with account management and application engineering team to set up and update customer database
？ Collect, maintain and analyze competitive information proactively
？ Ensure pricing consistency within China as well as with global business
？ Integrated new product / solution launch promotion planning and implementation to meet desired results
？ Taking overall responsibility for PR programs, including developing key media contacts and managing the relationship with the media circle to achieve positive and massive media exposure
？ Closely working together with sales teams to well plan and organize regional channel promotion activities and promotions towards specific target groups (seminars, road show, co-branding activities…) to enhance brand promotion and sales leads generation
？ Well managing year promotion budget and conduct vendor evaluation to maximize promotion expense effectiveness and efficiency to achieve expected branding and business growth target
？ Establishing and applying measurement tools to evaluate and improve effectiveness of marketing communications programs and materials
？ Implementing and ensuring compliance with corporate branding and visual standards
？ Liaise and work with global marketing team on market analysis issues to prepare strategy development and ad hoc analysis
？ Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by Sr. BD and Marketing VP and China General Manager
Qualifications:
？ University Graduate in marketing/business/ engineering background
？ A minimum of 8 years working experiences , preferably with Lighting MNCs
？ Strong event planning and management capabilities.
？ Positive , patience and detailed – minded
？ Creative and energetic. Able to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment – and proven experience developing and implementing programs that help drive growth.
？ Comfortable in working in a matrix-environment
？ Fluent English and Chinese (written / spoken )
？ Strong communication skills ( written / verbal / presentation )
