Position Description:

1. Execute plans and special assignment by the QA Director
2. Lead and assign duties amongst the QA teams.
3. Enforce lab testing, production, final inspections.
4. Enforce agent and factories to ensure quality and implement plan as needed to improve products in production.
5. Enforce factory internal / external audits and lab tests according to TOMS SOP.
6. Continually search, evaluate, and enhance factory base for production, while ensuring product quality and on time delivery.
7. Work closely with the Development teams to ensure Commercialization readiness (Fit, Confirmation sample, CDT, and etc.)
8. Travel as needed according to buisiness needs wether domestic or international.
