Major Accountabilities:
Sales Automation support :
1.Lead the CRM system(Supernova) management in GCPO level
2.To collaboration with SFA team and IT to develop reporting automation (e.g. Supernova, CEiS, CSF) to increase the internal productivity
Performance Analysis
1.Define and supervise the production of monthly Executive reports to evaluate performance across all relevant business dimensions: sales, listing, QTQ etc
2.Define and supervise weekly in-market sales reports, from audited T1 distributors
3.Analyze reports to identify issues and areas for improvement
4.Coach associates on analytical capability and skills
Sales Planning and Resource Allocation
1.Support sales organization in budgeting cycle, for AT adjustment and territory alignment.
2.Support the LRR planning for new launches
3.Support FF deployment planning at GCPO level upon request
Sales SFE projects
1.Participate and lead various SFE type projects, upon requests from GCR and CGPO
2.Proactively track and monitor the implementation of SFE projects
Education:
Business/engineering/scientific education
MBA a strong plus
Languages:
Mandarin and good English skills
Experience:
CRM system and IT experience(2 years+)
Senior sales and Marketing analytics (e.g. M&S Ops)
Both previous marketing and sales experience (2 years+) a strong plus (at least BM level)
