NOKIA District SF HR Specialist （NOKIA区域销售团队人力资源专员）
District level outside sales efficiency management – to support In/Out-side sales optimization project
SF allocation plan implementation by timeline to meet project objective
To track & monitor SF productivity & cost management
SF SOP deployment & audit
Vendor management
SF competence development plan
Training plan base on business request，cooperate with Training team
Training result tracking
TP/SP allocation support in district level
Allocation plan with local sales team
SF HR related support for daily operations
To be district Contact window of retail team for daily operation support

Requirement:
Degree holder or above
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in HR at MNC
Strong interpersonal skills as well as effective presentation skills in contributing with solid HR knowledge
Capability in problem solving, communication, analysis & project management
A resourceful, self-motivated and results driven team player
Good computer literature
Good command of English
Adaptability to frequent business trips and pressure
