职位描述
PEOPLE
● Recruit good quality staff for each Market
● Provide training & coaching to each Market team
● Set the people development & promotion plan with Market Macro Space Manager
SERVICE
● Ensure strict adherence of New & Refit store merchandising layout process by the Market Macro Space Manager
● Close communication with Market Macro Space team to ensure execution of New & Refit store planning
● Follow up with Market Macro Space Manager to implement any space rebalance project
● In charge of special format store pilot roll out with HO & each Market
● Ensure smooth cross department work flow with Store Development, Counter Developing, Supplier Chain,.
● Coordinate with HO Trading for all visual merchandising initiatives pilot or roll out in each Market
QUALITY
● Quality Control of New/Refit stores merchandising layouts (based on HO guidelines) by each Market
● Review macro space productivity across all Markets to ensure optimal Sales & Profit
● Create optimal space matrix (based on HO Space Grid standard) for each Market
● Conduct regular training to all Markets
COMPLIANCE
● Monitor Market layout execution with Market Macro Space Manager
RESULTS
● Develop Market Macro Space team to support high quality merchandising layouts based on each Market needs
● Strong planning & on time execution for New store pipeline.
● Optimize Sales & Profit per meter productivity
KEY MEASURING PARAMETERS 关键指标
● Macro space utilization & productivity - Sales & Profit per meter per department
● Accurate and on time analysis to Regional Trading Mgr.
● Ensure on time layout planning and store execution by Market Macro Space Manager
KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE 技能要求
● Retail Data analysis background
● Full understanding in merchandise, sales & profit mix relationship for macro space management to maximize profit
● Basic knowledge in store format and store types/segmentation
