KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
(List the 6-8 most important responsibilities of the job. For each key responsibility indicate the action to be taken, the end result to be achieved, and how it will be achieved. Include the % of time spent on each responsibility. Total of percent should equal 100%.)
1) Analysis,Design and Development learning solutions
Monitor and enhance SFE(i.e., message delivery, territory management, etc) implement in region
Facilitate training and development processes implementation in the region
Develop and implement useful tools and techniques to follow-up behavior change and competency level
Monitor improvement in competency levels
Conduct field visit to coach new hire(within 6 months)
Work with product managers, medical managers to meet Product training needs
Communicate and cooperate with Sales Team to find area training needs and follow up training effects
2) Program Planning, Development and Coordination
Identify regional sales force training and development needs and feedback to Marketing
Develop and compile sales training manuals and other training materials if necessary
Plan training courses to meet regional specific needs
Organize timetable and attendance if needed
3) Sales Training Program Delivery
Apply adult learning principles
Use a variety of learning techniques to ensure training practical
Use effective presentation skills
Encourage progressive feedback
Encourage and motivate participants
Give constructive feedback on progress
4) Continuously Learning and Development
Proactively seek learning opportunities on the job
Participate TTT course related to training
Proactively seek feedback from peers and other department colleagues to identify uo tp date & relevant training-related competencies
5) Administration and reporting
Supervision regional training and development logistics
Keep and update regional customer file
Record regional training and development activities
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:College degree
Experience & knowledge:
1.At least 1years sales training experience or ethical sales management experience.
2.Multination companies working experience will be preferable.
Core competencies:
1.Good presenter and team player.
2.Excellent communication skill, good planner and organizor.
3.Be able to work independently and under pressure
4.project management
5.Good command in English and familiar with MS office.
