Four Main Responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities

Routine Admin work and tasks to maintain a daily office admin operation such as office necssities supply, housekeeping etc

Admin service supports to internal & external customers – visitor reception, etc

Assist Admin Mgr with general service vendor daily management

Assist Admin Mgr with ACA, CSR and other relevant work

Major Responsibilities/Activities:


1 Telephone / fax screening, transferring; visitors /interviewees receiving; docs/mails delivering & tracking; meeting room booking management, etc

2 Office supplies monitoring, ordering, distributing – daily necessities, stationeries, entrance cards, canteen cards and so on;Preparing PRs for airtickets, stationeries, car rental, printer rental, cleaning fee and other office supplies

3 Assisting in VIP customers’ business travel arrangements – flight, accommodation, transportation, etc

4 Assisting in visa application for both both internal external customers –employment statement & invitation letter preparation, passport / ID info collection for BCD travel profile, travel booking confirmation

5 Receiving visitors - Preparation work incl office cleaning, food & drink preparation, conference room preparation, etc for VIP guests visits & important meetings such as Stakeholder meetings; transportation, accommodation, working lunch etc

6 Assisting Admin Mgr in General Service Vendors daily Management, contact and other follow-up activities (Canteen, Laundry, Housekeeing, Shuttle Bus); intercommunicating btw the Company and the Sercive Vendor such as receiving complaints from the internal customers and following up solutions and feedbacks from the vendors

7 Assisting Admin Mgr with Company Certificates Annual Check and Daily Filing

8 Assisting Admin Mgr with the necessry contacts with relevant Gov officials (Economic Zone, Xiuzhou Gov, etc) per requirement

9 Updating employee contact list monthly

10 Assisting SHH HR to collect all employees contact info to print biz cards

11 Assisst Admin Mgr with all ACA issues - contacting Gym, restaurant, hotel, cake-shops, etc; ACA teambuiding activities; employee caring activities such as monthly birthday greeting, etc

12 Assisting Admin Mgr with CSR activities - volunteers activities, etc

13 Other relevant taskes assigned by Admin Mgr

REQUIREMENTS:

1 Industry experiences: No special requirments

2 Position experiences: 1-2 year admin

3 Language Skills: Good written & spoken English


4 Computer Skills: Microsoft Office


5 Mobility: No special requirments


6 Certificate Required: University
