1.Ensure HSE compliance with related China government regulation and Mars Global management standards.
86To coordinate and Implement construction HSE management with Mars and non-mars management team, like work at height, LOTO, Lifting, hot work, electric safety etc.
2.Establishes and implements HSE procedures/management system and ensure effective implementation of ISO 45001 /OHSAS 18001 system
3.Provide technical support for the project process risk assessment.
4.Establishes and conduct occupational health program and environment program
5.Set, Organize and Implement the site HSE inspection
6.Plan and lead site emergency evacuation drilling and training
7.Provide the safety suggestions by analyzing and tracking site near miss reports corrective actions.
8.Provide HSE related training to all associates and contractors
9.Support site incident investigation and procedure update
10.Keep good communication with government, like safety Administrative Bureau, EPB, etc.
职位要求：
1.Bachelor’s degree on safety, environment, chemical background is preferred.
2.Certified Safety Engineer or certified ISO auditor is the plus
3.Minimum 3 years’ HSE working experience in manufacture site.
4.Solid technical knowledge and experience on China safety and occupational health regulations, especially work at height, LOTO, workplace transport, hot work, machinery guard, electrical safety, environment etc.
5.Strong experience in HSE risk assessment, inspections, incident investigation, change management, HSE training management, etc.
6.Strong experience in leading site emergency program and emergency team.
7.Experience in driving HSE leading and lagging KPIs.
8.Experiences in dealing with HSE related governmental affairs.
