QMP Standards Implementation and Governance
· To be the connection point between site team and regional/global Q&FS team.
· As Q&FS technical expert to lead CVS Q&FS plan 100% completion and support site CVS activities.
· To provide technical support to project workstreams of raw material development, engineering detailed
design, CVS activities and other requirements.
· Lead QMP and corporate Q&FS standards implementation at site and maintain compliance through
externally verified audit. Upskill technical capability with respect to standards for quality professionals and
relevant stakeholders.
· Governance of the Quality Management System and standards, verified through reviews, a robust internal
auditing program and corrective/preventative action process.
Production Line Operation
· As site HACCP team leader to develop and implement site HACCP plan.
· Incident Owner (PRIMP) and lead RCA/CAPA using problem solving tools.
· Specify the site verification and testing plan for raw materials, environment and finished goods,
management of non-conformances.
· Accountable for visibility of site quality performance in any quality review (Management review, local and
regional quality review), and drive Continuous Improvement.
· Ensure change management which may impact quality and food safety in accordance with the Mars
Standard through relevant business processes including CM, QES, QuEST.
· Lead standards compliance verification through a robust internal auditing program and
corrective/preventative action process.
· Accountable for consumer complaint investigation and analysis for continuous improvement.
· Develop the Mater Sanitation Schedule for wet line.
· GMP champion project deployment at site.What can you expect from Mars?
