工作职责:

JOB SUMMARY

The Brand Manager—Launch Excellence will be responsible for

Lead launchmax projects (first commercial batch supply)

Lead launch excellence best practice sharing and adoption in Pfizer China

Lead consolidated reporting of cross-category launch portfolio plans

This will be achieved through management and facilitation of new product development across a number of Therapeutic Areas, building up and elevating launchmax standard and accelerating launch excellence practice adoption. Success will be met through exceptionally close coordination and partnership with local/global Marketing, Regulatory, Clinical/R&D, Manufacturing, Access, Medical, Sales, Legal, etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Launchmax project leadership of assigned TA

Lead and partner with cross-functional teams (commercial, regulatory, clinical/R&D, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Manufacturing, etc.) to ensure effective communication and implementation/refinement of launchmax projects and processes

Launchmax project scoping, structuring, execution, monitoring and reporting/presentation

Lead consolidated reporting of cross-category portfolio plans

Lead collection, consolidation, reporting and tracking of cross-category launch portfolio plan (product, priorities, strategy, trends, etc.)

Act as interface to support senior leaders in communication of China pipeline portfolio strategy in China and/or Global

Promoting Launch Excellence practice in Pfizer China

Map out the comprehensive launch project chart including but not limited to process, lead-time, key stakeholders, critical successful factors etc. with reference to industry intelligence/practice and Pfizer launch case study

Lead cross-functional team discussion (commercial, regulatory, clinical/R&D, medical affairs, marketing, manufacturing, etc.), identify best practices and/or improvement areas in past cases and align improvement plans

Promote launch excellence mindset and adoption by developing playbook, job aids, organizing cross-functional learning share, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

Undergraduate degree qualifications in a healthcare-related, business or data-related discipline. Master degree preferred

At least 5 years’ experience in pharma/biotech industry, preferably marketing/new product planning or supply chain function or working experience in consulting industry

Track record of global and multi-functional project management and leadership, able to design and deliver disciplined project plans

A strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to influence with many levels of cross-functional team and shape project progress

Comfortable with multi-tasking, can work efficiently under pressure Good command of oral & written English
