职位描述:

Wholesaler management

-      To manage the Preferred T2 Wholesalers efficiently and monitor the route to supply

-      To ensure payment collection within due date

Sales Management

-      To formulate and implement approved action plans, monitor the progress against the agreed sales targets to achieve agreed objectives within L&S priority channels (Mixology, Whisky Bars, Bistronomie, Hotel bars…)

-      To seek ways to improve the operational effectiveness and efficiencies in the area

-      To maintain an effective and efficient field information system and provide rapid feedback to the Brand Director

-      To train field staff

-      To set aggressive but achievable individual monthly objectives to both wholesaler and filed force

-      To ensure the merchandising activities, distribution and stock level are in line with business objectives

Collect market intelligence

-      To monitor the pricing in each outlets vs guidelines and competitors

-      To monitor competitors’ activities including pricing and promotion activities with timely reports submitted to the Regional Manager

-      To evaluate the financial status of the customers when necessary

职位要求:

Education 教育:

-      University graduate in Business/ Marketing or related disciplines

Language Skill 语言能力：

-      Good Chinese & English communication skills

Professional Experience 专业经历：

-      5 years commercial background

-      Supervisory and management experience with multinational FMCG company

Core Competencies 核心胜任力：

Knowledge

-      Good understanding of marketing and finance

-      Knowledge of imported spirits and South West Region market and key trade players

-      Good leader with good understanding of people management

-      Full understanding of modern selling and training techniques 

Skills

-      Good negotiation skills

-      High level of personal selling skill

-      Good planning skill

-      Good communication skills

-      Well organized with good analytical skills
