Key Responsibilities:

•   Drive the implementation of the Loyalty Program to enrich the client engagement across omni-channels.

- Manage engagement mechanics.

- track results to optimize conversions.

- Manage the reward schemes and assets.

•  Drive market-friendly CRM solutions.

- Ensure data collection.

- Monitor and report on data.

- Optimize solutions/guidelines.

•  Drive CRM Data Intelligence and Consumer Insight.

- Drive datamining for own database.

- Lead external professional agencies to obtain consumer insight.

•  Manage Brand Assets

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Arts/Science

- Prefer Business Administration, International Business, International Finance, International Accounting… etc

- Mandarin, English & French (bonus)

- At least 5 year working experience, with 3 years recent experience in Luxury/ CRM/ BI

- Analytical mind with the ability to articulate complex ideas

- Ability to explain  requirements to technical developers and non-technical users

- Diligent in process management and reporting   

- Detail oriented

- Pleasant disposition, with the ability to be firm

- Enjoys database management with the view of optimization

- Effective planning skills, with high threshold for activity

- Proficiency with standard MICROSOFT OFFICE (EXCEL and POWERPOINT) for generating reports accurately

- Personally active in using online apps to conduct daily activities

- Client-centric mindset

- Able to understand the psychology of high-end brands clientele
