工作职责:

Team lead, based in Shanghai, acts as client partner and leads large-scale meeting operation team to manage large-scale meeting of ADBG/ROBG business. This role should also build up and maintain partnership with other functions to ensure smooth communication in meeting policy, process optimization and overall vendor management. Based on compliance, this lead role should be able to collaborate internal and external resources to develop hybrid meeting solution and ensure local implementation of global projects such as MAPP, Cvent, SHC, SEA, BCD, ect. This role leads team to involve regional projects. Furthermore, grow LAMs ability and care their career development should also be this role’s responsibility. Besides, the ability to breaks through regional limitation and realizes the trans-area and trans-region team cooperation is essential.

?Act as client partner to enhance LAM’s working efficiency and compliance control

?Provide meeting insights reports/meeting to boost business development

?Leverage internal and external resources to achieve M&E projects and process implementation

?Enhance high level stakeholder management to ensure smooth communication cross functions

?Lead vendor management (meeting agency) through training, performance review and monitoring execution of SEA, SHC, GMP&P and Cvent

?Lead meeting process and policy optimization

?Lead global project implementation and localization

?Contribute to innovative meeting solution

?Track meeting volume and workload of each team member to realize coordinate work timely

?Build team culture aligned with M&E and ET&MS

?Be people manager to develop team member and realize team stability
