Key Responsibilities

1. Define on-trade marketing business objectives, strategies and activation plans by channel and by region aligning with A&P budget, meanwhile coordinate sales, finance and regional trade marketing for well implementation. 
2.  Leader KA ON projects to build brand image and spur sales volume in the chain outlets as well as keep good communication with KA ON team to manage clients’ activations for the correct brand message delivery and within their contracted expense. 
3. Monitor the programs, promotions towards trade and towards end-consumers, sell in and sell out volumes, pricing  
4. Create and renew thematic events formats with detailed guidelines and content for execution and replication; manage event allocation and coordinate execution with events agency and regional trade marketing 
5.  Define merchandising visibility plan, follow up on its implementation and evaluate effectiveness, including the management of POSM creation, allocation and distribution 
6. Manage communication with promoters in the channel, keeping them updated on the brand’s campaigns and developments; create a feedback loop to monitor brand visibility in outlets; renew promoter uniforms and tools where relevant.
7. Inform, coordinate and involve regional trade marketing and sales management teams in the relevant projects 
8.  Report on data and industry trends and competitor activities, including leading channel specific research projects          

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business/Marketing/Science or related disciplines   
2.  Good Mandarin & English communication skills (Both written & spoken)       
3. 8 years of successful related experiences in trade marketing, business/sales development 
4. Intimate knowledge of China market and consumers    
5. Experience in building distribution via retail partners is preferred       
6. Knowledge of alcohol or premium beverage industry         
7.  Good problem-solving skills          
8.  Good communication skills across the department          
9.  Good presentation skills          
10.  Able to multi-tasks and work on tight deadlines         
11.  Sensitive to data and have basic analysis skill          
12.  Familiar with PowerPoint and Excel          
13.  Team player and work diligent         
14.  Willing to travel
