Description

Performs a variety of administrative functions: Manages schedule(s),

· Support GCR Lead daily operation such as calendar management,coordinates meetings, events, travel arrangements etc.

· department financial operations, such as PO, procurement of goods and services such as computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials etc.

· Support GCR Lead to drive team morale such as team all-hands, offsite events, regularly 1:1 etc.

· Serves as the department/group contact.

Provides general administrative support primarily for a group.

· Coordinates meetings and events;

· department financial operations;

· facility purchasing and operations.

· Completes special tasks as assigned such as revenue re-parenting council;

· Coordinates travel arrangements;

· Enforces policies and/or procedures of the defined team(s).


Qualification

5+ years demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced, senior management level administrative capacity. Ability to interact in a professional manner with all levels of management; demonstrated ability to change direction in response to changing work situations. Must be proactive, self prioritize work resources, and juggle multiple tasks in a manner transparent to the team. Must have the ability to work independently to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside of the group that involve contact at all levels of management. Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills and ability to accommodate working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals. Able to work collaboratively with other internal and external administrative and CS assistants within the team and across the company. Ability to be entrusted with the knowledge and handling of confidential information. Should be detail oriented and extremely organized. Extensive knowledge of and proficiency with MS products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and HeadTrax. BS preferred. Microsoft experience preferred. Overtime and minimal travel may be required as appropriate.


· Strong communication skills;

· Willingness to assist members of a team, and ability to relate well with diverse individuals.

· Strong attention to detail, patient and careful.

· Working knowledge of email, scheduling, word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software;

· with experience using current version of MSOffice (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) preferred.

· Fluent Chinese and English in reading, writing and speaking.

Strong self-development capability preferred.
