This position is responsible for all aspects of business planning, analysis and reporting with infant business line. Critical to the role is the ability to independently analyze and evaluate business performance and manage demand planning accuracy with data and facts and provide management insights to infant leadership teams with communication maturity. Key responsibilities including:

1. Working closely with SOP teams to ensure delivery of annual budget, quarterly forecast and month LE update to align with the group's business plan.

2.  Monitoring the demand across channels performance and conduct in-depth analysis to improve forecast accuracy

3.  Work closely with sales team to improve ecommerce forecast accuracy in all categories and all channels

4.  In charge of communications with company supply chain, logistics and CSR to ensure smooth product supply to ecommerce team and stable supply operations;

5. Responsible for order forecast and order tracking across all channels

6. In charge of D&A management and application

Requirements:

1、Bachelor’s degree or above

2、Experience in S&OP  for 3 - 4 years and ecommerce experience is preferred;

3、Proficient in Excel operation and PPT;

4、Good business acumen and sensitive to business data;

5、Good at communication with different functions;

6、Capability Requirement: conflict management and dealing with ambiguity;
