Key Areas of Responsibility:

- Under the guidance of National e-Commerce director, the role will partner with e-commerce agency team to develop annual e-commerce operation plan for B2C platforms (T-mall GLOBE, JD GLOBE and so on), in conjunction with brand marketing teams.

    

- Lead e-commerce agency partner to manage all aspects of Remy Cointreau CB E-commerce business including merchandise planning, rolling forecast. Promotional campaigns, site design, customer service, and data reporting and analysis. Ensure our domestic E-Commerce business and offline business is in no way hurt by the flagship store activities.

    

- Work domestic e-Commerce Team and Marketing team to ensure consistent pricing strategy and brand assets across e-retailers.

    

- Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact of CB e-commerce business for cross functional partners; and manage projects ensuring that all deadlines are met and that results are delivered on budget and within expectations

    

- Work with agency partner and marketing manager, develop and oversee the effective planning, QA and execution of content across the websites/platforms to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of all web content

    

- Proactively communicate the status of projects to business owners and key stakeholders as needed; manage project deliverables/launch expectations with all business owners

Education, Experience and Competency：

- Bachelor’s degree

- Better to have simple English and good Mandarin required; No issue for written and communication.

- Around 5 years of work experience with 5years of strategic e-commerce management experience with the proven ability to develop/implement and manage a successful e-commerce business in China.

- Proven experience in working with Tmall,GLOBE JD GLOBE, even all third CB EC platform

- Strong understanding of retail inventory and managing inventory risk; able to develop merchandising strategies to ensure high inventory turnover and high margins

- Knowledge of various online marketing channels in China across both web and mobile channels

- Ability to work and align within a complex organization with multiple stakeholders

- Strong analytic skill to evaluate business opportunity and draw insights

- Be able to communicate complex business ideas to different level of audiences, understanding CB e-commerce rules of game and be able to lead negotiation and manage partnership in a win-win case.

- Prior agency or Import spritis background preferred.

- Good at office soft, excel and PPT writing.
