Aug BI On-Prem & Hybrid is a global organization, recognized for its world-class services and support offerings.   SBOP BI is Business Intelligence software that focuses on analyzing and reporting; our team is responsible for Crystal Reports, and Live Office.   We search for engaged persons joining our team to perform tests for customer issues and support packages, take ownership of tests for SBOP BI software.    

Expectations and Tasks of Job   

Preferred candidates will be team oriented, motivated and reliable. 

Tasks include: 

Support our customers by solving their support messages, creating support notes and documentation. 

Define and request test system landscape 

Consolidates quality and test status and reports to stakeholders 

Define/Develop test plans, cases or scripts according to code changes 

Conduct tests manually or automatically during the development/testing/optimizing phases of SBOP BI software 

Ensure product quality and deliver continuous quality improvements 

Document and track defects during tests Handle critical customer situations, occasionally onsite services might be possible 

Train and support colleagues 

Continuous Innovation on our product via enhancement and feedback to development.                                       

Work Experience   

3 or more year relevant experience is preferred.

Education and Qualifications 

Skills and Competencies      

Able to self-organize own work 

Has Analytic thinking and problem solving skills 

Bachelor degree or higher on computer science or related 

Good understanding of testing methodologies 

Fluent English both written and oral 

Keep contact with development groups for quality improvement 

Strong customer and quality focus Decision making and judgment 

Self motivator Fast learner 

Able to handle stressful situations 

Able to work in an international team；eagerness to learn, guided as well as autonomously 

Know-how in Crystal Reports is appreciated, but not mandatory 

Know-how in SAP Business Objects is appreciated, but not mandatory
