Commercial Legal & Compliance Assistant（Contractor）

Major responsibilities:

  

• Provide professional administrative and secretarial support for the Legal & Compliance team

• Manage schedules for the head of L&C and head of compliance and travel arrangements for the team.

• Manage expense claims for the managers in the team.

• Assist with drafting of presentations and material for the team.

• Act as a contact window for the team and work closely with different functions to coordinate and prioritize business requirements.

• Proceed POs and contracts in system if needed.

• Receive visitors.

• Other ad hoc projects to be assigned by the team.

  

Requirements:

  

• Bachelor degree, 2 years above related work experience, PA/dept. assistant background in pharma industry will be plus.

• Pro-active, must be able to work independently; demonstrated project management experience a strong plus.

• Flexible, adaptable and collaborative; can work under high pressure;

• Resilient with high personal integrity; ability to deal with confidential information

• Good English skills and excellent communication skills.

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft office (outlook, word, excel, ppt).
