Responsibilities:
1. To handle all customer (including trade and consumers) complaints and enquiries
2. To keep track and record of all customer complaints and enquiries
3. Channel and feedback relevant customer complaints and enquiries to relevant colleagues
4. To support Regional Administration

Requirements:
1. Bacholar degree
2. Proficient in both English & Chinese communication skills
3. 2+ years relevant working experience
4. Full understanding of Finance and Logistics
5. Good understanding of sales administration and trade knowledge
