ation and Tasks

• Program management for strategic partner engagement program, e.g partner co-innovation projects, partner community, etc, to support the goal of building an open innovation ecosystem for SAP Labs China
• Constantly improve the partner engagement model to establish a sustainable partner community
• Monitor and drive partner delivery performance jointly with internal teams (incl. development and customer success)
• Actively manage and develop partner relationship
• Learn SAP’s product innovations and partner innovations, and present to right audiences through good presentation skills
• As a key member of Digital Experience Center, understand the overall process of visitor hospitality, and provides top-level experience to visitors (customers, partners, etc)
• Support event operations to make sure the delivery of good event experience to target audiences
• Be responsible for communication channels to make the success of partner engagement and Digital Experience Center visible internally and externally
• Manage external vendors to ensure the delivery of goods and services. Vendors include but not limit to: event management, ***/lighting, catering, hotels, car service, hardware & software, construction, and etc.
• Manage budget vs expense to drive effective ROI
• Other duties as deemed necessary

                                                

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and related
• 3-5 years of experience in partner relationship management with proven success in managing partnerships
• Good inter-personal & inter-cultural communication skills, fluent Chinese and English language skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, esp. PowerPoint, Excel.
• Strong execution – good planner and being able to follow through.
• Fast learner, self-motivated, and works closely together with other team members to ensure the team success
• Passion, the ability to work under pressure, a flexible and self-contained approach to working, a high level of initiative a talent for organization, and dedication to taking responsibility and ensuring quality
