• Directly support BMS China Virology business; support key market access decisions, including pricing and distribution; support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects, as required
• Work closely with Virology BU; provide key financial input for business strategy and decision making; prepare annual budget and projection; work together with business partners to identify key business opportunities and challenges and drive business results.
• Collaborate with key market access functions, including Government Affairs, Key Account, Distribution, etc., to support the decision making of pricing and distribution strategies; play a key role in commercial policy, distributor agreement and pricing decision support
• Have the flexibility and willingness to be stretched and take on ad-hoc analysis and projects, as required
• Perform in-depth analysis on complex financial data and actual results; identify critical variance and communicate them to management with value-added suggestions.
• Closely collaborate with other finance functions, including accounting, internal control, tax, etc. to ensure accurate reporting and sound control under complex business environment.
• Develop analytical models to provide sensible financial reports and analysis through applicable software tools.
• Seek opportunities and bring innovative ideas to further improve current finance operation.
• Drive for greater system standardization and initiatives to reduce low value-added works.
