职位描述

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Coordinate with Shanghai Site Leader and Site Program Manager to ensure comprehensive support is received for the CSS teams at Shanghai Site.
  • Handle logistics setup for all hands, site morale and other site level events
  • Assist Site Leader and Site PM on site activities planning and execution
  • Purchase orders operations and budget tracking to ensure spending within budget
  • Work with related function teams for CSS new hire onboarding
  • Ensure local compliance of administrative operational policies and procedures
  • Assist Site PM for space management
  • Assist Site PM on site level employee communications, such as announcement, newsletter, or other formats.
  • Other site operations or projects as required by Site Leader or Site PM.

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree in business administration or other relevant area, or equivalent years of experience performing in adequate roles. 
  • 5+ years in a group administrative, project management, or business operations role.
  • Excellent communications skill and ability to accommodate working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to change direction in response to changing work situations.
  • Ability to prioritize own work and resources to complete projects on time and to solve routine problems effectively.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote
  • Good command of English in both written and spoken.
