1.Ensure the normal operation of all utilities, including freezers, air compressors, pure water treatment systems, air conditioning systems, fire control systems, water supply, steam supply, waste water discharge systems, central dust removal equipment and QC pure steam engines
  保证所有公用设施的正常运行，包括冷冻机、空压机、纯水处理系统、空调系统、消防系统，供水、供蒸汽、废水排放系统、中央除尘设备以及QC纯蒸汽机等
2.To manage and to training the utility contractor's operator
   做好外包单位人员的岗位管理和人员培训
3.To orignize people for having efficiency equipment management.Set up annual PM plan and implementation, Monthly report task status and optimize PM and RM
   组织人员，对仓库实施有效的设备管理。制定年度预防性维护计划并负责实施，每月汇报完成情况，优化预防性维修及突发维修比重  
4.To manage special equipment, good communication with local government agencies.
   特种设备管理，与当地政府单位保持良好的沟通，完成特种设备定期检定及问题处理
5.Be responsible for the regular tests, including HVAC sytem, water system, environment test etc.
   组织和安排相关的周期性测试，包括HVAC系统，水系统和环境排放等
6. Utility system improvement project management, proposal review and construction process control.
   公用设备改善项目管理，方案审核，施工控制；
7. To coordinate the project implement activities of installation, commissioning and acceptance.
    协助完成工程项目中动力设备的安装、调试和验收等工作；
8. Assist in energy system management
   协助进行能源系统管理；

   

Experiences Desired                                                                                      

相关工作经验要求

1.Familiar with the basic knowledge of equipment in pharmceutical factory, have a pharmaceutical or electronics industry working experience of 3 ~ 5 years.

熟悉药厂动力设施的基本知识，有制药或电子行业的3～5年工作经验。  

2.Familiar with equipment running and maintenance.     

熟悉动力设备的运行和维护。

3.With good ability of reading &writing in English and express in Chinese.

有良好的中文表达和英文阅读、写作能力良好的英语读、写能力。

4.Have the team leader experience.                                                                                                                                                               

团队领导经验。

5.University or college graduates majored in mechanical engineering, equipment or instrument minimum requirement of Bachelor degree. 

具有机械、设备、仪表等工科类大学本科以上文化水平。

6.Be familiar with operation of computer, etc. 

熟悉计算机等的操作。    

7.Language: English  CET 4.

英语水平大学四级。
