PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

1. To assist HC-PH business growth in China by providing technical support to target customers

2. To help our customers on formulation development and technical trouble shooting

3. To work with sales team on customer project, including lab work and scale up

4. To develop new product application guideline for local customers

5. To work with Global technical net lab on internal project study and knowledge exchange

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITY

1. Work in lab for project development, including information research and project plan and project report

2. Lab trial for customer project and scale up trial on customer site

3. Lab management, equipment maintenance etc.

4. ESH enforcement in Lab

5. Conduct internal application study

6. Support Technical seminar and deliver presentation to customers

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE BASE

Familiar with pharmaceutical R&D process, at least 2-3 years working in pharmaceutical company, direct manufacture experience will help.

Working in a global matrix environment involving several sites, countries and time zones intercultural skills

Other Specifications:

Education: Master degree of pharmacy, PhD is preferred.

Language: Good Chinese and English on both written and oral
